MAINTENANCE OF THE PROOFER

• It is recommended to use a water filter and to clean or replace it regularly to avoid accumulation

of minerals inside the unit.

• Once a year or as needed, clean the reservoir of the proofer

(see parts description for localisation).

Clean the proofer exterior with a stainless

steel cleaner.

Clean the proofer windows with products like

Brasso or equivalents. They are copper

cleaners but good for this use
